With over 30 years’ experience supporting charities in the UK and internationally, I help small and medium-sized, mission-driven and faith charities build confident, sustainable governance and trustee boards.

Governance Reviews

I work with trustees to assess governance, identify risks and strengths, and create practical actions that improve confidence, compliance and effectiveness.

Trustee Training

Practical training and away days for trustees, church leaders and boards. Helping people understand their responsibilities and develop the confidence to govern well.

Governance Support

Meeting papers, governance calendars, action tracking, policy reviews and trustee administration. Ongoing support that keeps governance moving between board meetings.
