Tabitha Collective
Support, clarity, and honest conversation for people leading charities — especially when it feels like a lot.
A small, thoughtful community for charity leaders who want space to think, talk things through, and lead well — without carrying everything on their own.
Leading a charity can be surprisingly lonely.
From the outside, it can look like a shared responsibility.
In reality, many of the hardest decisions sit with you.
The conversations you can’t quite have internally.
The tensions you’re trying to navigate.
The things you’re working out quietly in your own head.
There isn’t always a safe place to bring them.
So you keep going.
You make the best call you can.
And you carry more than most people realise.

Tabitha Collective is a small, thoughtful community for charity leaders.
LoIt’s a space to step out of the day-to-day, talk things through honestly, and make decisions with greater clarity.
What it is
We meet monthly online for real conversations. No pressure to perform. No need to have everything figured out.
Alongside that, you'll have access to practical tools and prompts you can take straight back into your organisation - particularly around governance, decision-making, and board leadership.
It's not a course or a busy programme. It's just a steady, supportive rhythm you can rely on.
Rooted in a faith perspective but open to anyone, mission-focused and trying to lead with care and integrity.
What you get
A place to bring the real stuff
Not updates or reports — the actual decisions and tensions you’re working through.
Tools that save you time and second-guessing
Clear prompts and templates you can use with your board straight away.
People who understand small charity leadership
No over-explaining. No pretending. Just honest, informed conversation.
Support between meetings
Access to a private WhatsApp Community for reminders, notes, shared learning, and questions between sessions.
Focused input when it matters
Occasional expert sessions to help you tackle specific challenges with confidence.
Who its for
CEOs, founders, senior leaders, and trustees — particularly in smaller organisations where the lines aren’t always clear, and the decisions don’t come with easy answers.
You might also be new to running a charity, and realising how much responsibility sits with you — often without a clear roadmap or someone to ask.
You don’t need to have everything sorted.
But you do need to be willing to engage.
This isn’t a course or a passive membership — it works best for people who want to be part of the conversation.

Alison Robinson
I work with small, medium and growing charities on governance, funding readiness, and leadership — including organisations working internationally in Africa, Asia and Central and South America.
I understand the added complexity of leading across cultures, distance, and limited resources — and the weight that can carry.
Tabitha Collective is a natural extension of that work: a space for honest conversation, practical support, and shared thinking.

01
What actually happens in a session?
Each month we meet online for a structured but relaxed conversation.
There’s space to bring real situations, ask questions, and talk things through with others who understand.
It’s not a presentation or training session — it’s a facilitated discussion with practical input where helpful.
02
When are the monthly meetings?
Currently, the monthly meetings run at 6:00 pm on the third Wednesday of each month for 60 - 90 minutes.
The programme will develop over time. If you want to join but want to meet at a different time email connect@alisonrobinson.co.uk
03
Do I have to speak or share?
No. You’re welcome to listen, especially at the start.
I hope that most people find they naturally contribute over time, but there’s no pressure to do so.
04
Is this only for Christian or faith charities?
Tabitha Collective is shaped by a Christian perspective, but it’s open to anyone leading with care, integrity, and a desire to do things well.
You don’t need to share the same beliefs to take part.
05
Is there support between meetings?
Yes. Members are invited to join a private WhatsApp Community where I’ll share meeting links, reminders, notes, and learning from sessions. You can also ask questions between meetings, and other members can share their experience where helpful.
06
Are online meeting sessions recorded?
Tabitha Collective is designed to be a safe, confidential space where people can talk openly about real situations and decisions. That only works if people know the conversation stays in the room.
You’re welcome to join live when you can, and dip in and out as needed — there’s no pressure to attend every session.
07
I’m new to running a charity — is this right for me?
Yes. Many people join at exactly that stage.
You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to think things through and ask questions.
The space is designed to be supportive, not intimidating.
08
What if I join and it’s not right for me?
That’s what the free first month is for.
Come along to a session, see how it feels, and decide from there.
There’s no obligation to continue.
