Membership Terms

By joining Tabitha Collective, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the community
Tabitha Collective is a peer support and learning space for charity leaders. It is not formal consultancy, legal advice, or regulated professional support.

2. Confidentiality
Members are expected to respect the confidentiality of others.
What is shared within sessions or the member community should not be shared outside the group without permission.

3. Participation and conduct
Members are encouraged to engage honestly and respectfully.
This is a collaborative space — not a platform for promotion, solicitation, or dominating discussion.

4. Sessions and content
Live sessions are not recorded in order to maintain a safe and open environment.
Occasional anonymised insights or general themes may be shared externally, but no identifiable information will be used.

5. WhatsApp community
Members may be invited to join a private WhatsApp Community for updates, reminders, and ongoing discussion.
Participation is optional, and members are expected to use the space respectfully.

6. Membership and payment
Membership is billed monthly via subscription.
You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

7. Changes to the community
The structure and content of Tabitha Collective may evolve over time to best serve members. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Ending membership
In rare cases, membership may be ended if behaviour is consistently disruptive or breaches the spirit of the community.
